PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE CODES
I am registered with the Royal NZ College of GPs and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am also a full member of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note any cancellations (or late rescheduling) made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50. To avoid this fee, ensure you cancel or reschedule your booked appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Clients on our waiting list require sufficient advance notice to fill any cancellation spaces.
In the event of an emergency, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the Practitioner.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for most appointments and is used towards the total. The rest of your payment is required at the end of your appointment.
PRIVACY
Confidentiality is essential and always rigorously maintained. Breaking of confidentiality is only permitted if a client gives permission. A full link to the privacy policy is found here.
